Final Tribal Council
Congratulations to our final two All-Stars: BB & Joel! Borneo is most definitely well represented, because one of you will become the ultimate survivor.
BB and Joel will start things off by posting their opening statements. Then, the Jury (Shawn, Kimmi, Christy, Roger, Rob, Sarah, Silas) can make their comments/questions.
Jurors, you can vote at any time through PM. You are allowed to change your vote, but once everyone votes I won't give any additional time to make changes, so you should be sure of your decision.
Good luck to everyone!

Hey guys. First off I want to say sorry for being late to the party. Very busy weekend but Im ready now to start answering your questions.
Im pretty sure in my very first confessional in this game I said something about the winner of this game was going to need to be very lucky and I stand by that statement still. This game was very difficult because of all of twists. We pretty much had 7 seasons worth of twists all rolled into 1. Twists make things unpredictable and make it really hard to take control and keep control for a long period of time. The twists were the 21st Player in this game.
My strategy for the start of this game was very similar to how I played last time. I found 2 allies in Rob and Silas that I trusted 100% and I was also able to have alot of secondary alliances. Once I had my team in place my strategy became focused on dealing with all the twists in this game. Trying to come up with ways to get around them. The turning point in this game was when we got control of all 5 Auction Items. I saw a way to use each and every item in a way to deal with the Immunity Idols and Secret Immunity.
I pretty much controlled this game from about the time Ramona was voted out till about the Final 4. As Im sure many of you suspected me and Ramona were allied at the start of this game. I knew people were going to think it no matter what so we might as well work together anyway. I used Ramona much the same as I did in Borneo except this time she got caught very early and got herself voted out. Thats the reason I use people like Ramona to do that sorta thing so Im not risking myself. Once Ramona was gone I lost the person who was doing all the grunt work. I knew that I was going to have to do it. I started playing the game very aggresivly from that point on and it got me control of the game and got me here to the final 2.
Going into this game my biggest fear was that most of the people here know each other and are friends. I did some reasearch before the game. As people signed up I looked into past seasons. I tried to find out who everyone was in previous seasons and who was allied with whom. I noticed something pretty scary. There are several groups of people who do indeed ally in every game to some capacity. My main mission going in was to absolutly take all these people out. Ironically my biggest ally in the game was my main target before the game started. I figure it was best to ally with the one who seemed to be in the center and slowly start picking off everyone else would be best and thats what I did.
I lied to people in this game. I made promises that I didnt keep. Im sure every single one of you have as well so I dont think its fair to punish someone for doing the same thing you are just because they did it to you and they did it better. People who are bitter are usually hypocrites.
I have no regrets about anything that I did because it got me here. So if I made a promise to you and broke it you can see now I did it because I thought it would get me here. Turns out I was right.
Last time Joel made it to the final 3 was because of me and I would like to say I was proud that he was able to do it pretty much by himself but guess what? He didnt. I am impressed that he was able to win Immunity but it if wasnt for his idol or everyone giving him secret Immunity he wouldnt be here. Does anyone really think Joel outwitted or Outplayed them? Anyone on the jury wanna admit to that? For all those people on the jury who have never won. Do you really want Joel to win before you?
I will answer everyones questions with complete honestly. Im not the kind of person that is going to bullshit you and tell you what you want to here to try and get your vote. I belive in doing everything I can to get to this point here, then letting the journey I took and the actions I made tell the story. To me the playing the game part is over and its up to you the jury to judge how we played the game. So please ask me anything.
I also want to say thanks to Jeff for hosting another fun game. Great Job!

U did help me get to the point in that game and i was thankful. It was by the help of the jury members who got me here by giving me the secret immunity. They could have given it to anyone but they decided to give it to me.. None said i am perfect we all play games differently and i play to the best my ablity. Any one who knows i play these games with honesty and integrity. Sometimes thats not the best way to play the game but i do.

There is more then winning challenges to out wit and out play. I aligned my self with the right people who felt like they could give me secret immunity. I guess u can say i played the social game more then winning the challenges

Do you really think everyone gave you Immunity beause of the alliances you made with them? Maybe some did...but Im willing to bet more did it because of strategy or because they were pissed at me or my allies.
And for the record Im not all about winning challenges either. I would say that my strength is in my strategic game rather then my ability to win challenges

They may have been mad at u but it still benifited me lol. I am glad i made it as far as i did with the help of the secret immunities with the help of my idol i had in which i really didnt need to play it. But u can say i didnt do anything but i was in contact with people to see what was goign on and how the vote was going.

So was every other floater in this game. I never said you didnt do anything. I just said if it wasnt for the immunities you wouldnt be here, which you agreed with me on. Then I implied that you didnt outwit or outplay anyone on the jury. Im sure you asked people how they were voting. I never said you didnt. In fact you asked me several times. but dont you think its better to be the one telling then the one asking? I sure do

Well I guess I'll get things started. Congratulations BB and Joel on making it to the end, unlike what some people believe, I don't believe you get there by accident.
BB, you were a good strategic player, but on a personal level you really sucked hard. You never even tried to get to know me or pretty much anyone in the game, except for your close allies. This game is a strategic one, but its also a social one.
Joel, you were a great social player, you formed alliances and friendships with several people, and you made yourself available to people. Unlike BB, you weren't closed off to anyone who tried to message them (like I tried messaging BB several times, not even about the game, but got no response). The fact that we gave you so many hidden Immunities show that you had the social aspect of the game down.
So my question is twofold: 1) There was a lot going around about people "not being deserving" of being All Stars. So I want to know from each of you: Why does each juror deserve being an All Star, and why don't they deserve to be an All Star? 2) There was also a lot going around that the people on the Jury were not the most deserving to be on the Jury. So if you could replace each juror with someone that didn't make the jury, who would you pick and why?

I will put a fast comment here, because I don't have much time now. Later I will post my Qs/Statements.
BB, you DID want to outsmart the Idol twist, in case it could hurt your allies. OBVIOUSLY it didn't work perfectly, since Joel is sitting here. Just that is 1 point for Joel, though you have a lot of points against him too.
Just clarifing.

Thats true. Joel really suprised me by winning the final 4 Immunity challenge. I really didnt think he was going to win it. I underestimated him thats for sure. I knew he didnt have Secret immunity at that point and all we needed to do was beat him in the challenge and we didnt. So Kudos to him for that.
To Shawn, the only 2 people on the jury that I never talked to were you and Christy. I was very social with the rest of them and most of the pre jury people as well.
1) There was a lot going around about people "not being deserving" of being All Stars. So I want to know from each of you: Why does each juror deserve being an All Star, and why don't they deserve to be an All Star?
Its hard for me to answer this question because Im not very familiar with any of the previous seasons besides the frst one.Im pretty sure everyone on the jury finished in the top 5 and thats not easy to do. If you can maie it far, especially several times then it shows that you know what your doing. I dont think I am in any position to say who is deserving and who isnt.
2) There was also a lot going around that the people on the Jury were not the most deserving to be on the Jury. So if you could replace each juror with someone that didn't make the jury, who would you pick and why?
For the record I think everyone on the jury deserves to be there. Anyone who finishes in the top 9 is deserving. But if I were to replace the jury with 7 new people I would pick:
Christa - She has a unique personality. Nothing is boring when Christa is around and games are alot more fun with people who are really active.
Kim - She is a great player and if I wasnt able to banish her it would have been very hard to vote her out and she probablly would have made the jury anyway.
Ramona - Same reasons as Christa. People like that make things intresting. Plus, we are friends
Stephanie - I think Steph is a great player too. Plus she was also active in this game
Gabe - I feel bad that he went out when he did. I really hoped he would have beat Joel. Had I known what the challenge was going to be before I had to choose I would have made 2 totally different choices knowing that Joel would probablly win the Poll thing
Debb - I think she went out way to early. She is a great player and I think she was voted out because of how good she was before.
Neleh - She was a very active player as well.
Shawna - Same with Neleh

I know you gave Immunity to Joel but I really dont think it was because of any alliance that Joel formed with you. I messaged you when there were 10 people left asking who on your tribe should I banish from the game? And you told me Joel. So I dont think you guys had any alliance at that point. Then you were voted out at the final 9. I think you gave Immunity to Joel because you thought thats who we would have voted for next. You knew Joel wasnt very popular, and you knew you told me to banish him. I actually was suprised you gave him immunity but thankfully I didnt have to worry about it at that tribal council. I think Christy also gave Joel immunity. At that point Joel was the only one left not in our alliance. And I have no idea why Sarah gave Joel Immunity
